New Victoria Hospital (New Victoria Hospital) is a charity-owned private hospital in south-west London delivering exceptional medical care, expertise, and compassion. One of the few remaining independent hospitals in the country, it’s been serving the local community and international patients since 1958.
Consistently ranked by patients as one of London’s top private hospitals, during coronavirus it welcomed NHS patients looking to fast-track their medical care against the backdrop of lengthening waiting lists. This is when DML stepped in, bringing our digital excellence to deliver a strategy that helped NVH better position its offering to an influx of potential new clients. We kicked off with a full website rebuild, letting our impactful creative take over with original visual content creation and onsite filming and photography.
A happy client led to further collaboration with NVH. As well as ad hoc marketing help, we’ve delivered a full suite of tailored marketing projects. From vibrant visuals to key messaging, we’ve supported NVH’s new brand development, created patient information collateral, built event themes and collateral, and produced smart copy for its social channels.
