With over 50,000 guests travelling to ski and beach resorts every year, Mark Warner has been putting the customer at the heart of everything it does since it was founded by two friends in 1974. With a returning customer rate of over 50%, Mark Warner prides itself on getting the attention to detail right for both the big things and little things.
We have a meticulous attention to detail at DML, so we were a perfect fit when we came on board with Mark Warner in 2022. We started off by supporting its social media, delivering a smart social strategy with happy at its centre: happy new customers, happy potential customers and happy returning customers happy.
We’ve been busy implementing a new brand identity with impactful design across Mark Warner’s signage, stationery and other in-resort items – making its resorts an even happier home from home for thousands of Mark Warner guests.
